No. LudiSec is built for administrators and employees alike, regardless of their technical background. The admin dashboard gives non-technical managers full control over assignments, team progress, and reporting with no coding required. Employees interact with the platform through a simple, game-like interface.
Yes. Eligible plans include a free trial period so you can explore the full platform before committing. The trial automatically converts to a paid subscription at the end of the period unless cancelled beforehand.
You pay for the number of active users (seats) in your organisation. Each plan defines a seat tier. You can add seats at any time — the charge is prorated for the remainder of the current billing period. Removing seats generates a prorated credit applied to your next invoice. Billing is handled securely through Stripe.
LudiSec includes several types of training content: Quizzes covering topics such as phishing, malware, passwords, and social engineering; Challenges — interactive hacking simulations (email phishing, SMS, file sharing, and web-based scenarios); Resources — curated articles and guides; and Learning Paths — structured sequences combining multiple content types. Available content depends on your subscription plan.
Yes. Every quiz, learning path, phishing/SMS simulation, incident report, and access-control change is automatically logged to a tamper-evident, hash-chained audit trail tagged against NIS2 (Art. 21 & 23), DORA (Art. 13), and ENS (Spain's national security framework). Company admins can generate a signed, publicly-verifiable Formation Certificate as documentary evidence of ongoing security awareness training — useful supporting evidence for internal audits, GDPR Article 32, ISO 27001, and similar processes, though LudiSec itself isn't a certifying body. Yes. LudiSec includes a browser extension that lets employees report suspicious emails, SMS messages, and other threats with a single click. Reports are routed to the company admin's Threat Intelligence dashboard, where they can be reviewed and classified. Employees earn XP for submitting reports, and additional points if a report is confirmed as a real threat.
When you cancel, your workspace enters a grace period until the end of the current billing cycle, during which all users retain full access. After the grace period, access is suspended but all data is retained for 90 days. You can reactivate at any time within this window. If you wish to delete everything immediately, use the Delete Company Workspace option in the Admin Dashboard.
